Added Sugar: – Used for taste and preservation. The most dangerous ingredient used in high amount.
According to American Heart Association – “Too much Sugar is not sweet for your Health”.

Preservative: (Sodium Benzoate (E211), Potassium Sorbate (E202) :- Used to prevents spoilage and extends self-life.
It can cause allergies, asthma, hyperactivity for children. Can form Benzene a carcinogen when mixed with Vitamin C.
Artificial Flavor: One type of synthetic chemical used to mimic mango taste.
Colors (Yellow 5 or Yellow 6): Used to make the juice more mango like.

600 ml bottle: – 14.2 × 6 = 85.2 gm (≈ 21 teaspoons of Sugar)

📌 A Mango juice contain Concentrated mango Pulp (5.1%) , not real mango (can you imagine), here also added Artificial flavor and color to look & make taste like mango.
📌 10 gm added sugar per 100 ml
300 ml bottle: – 10 × 3 = 30 gm (≈ 7.5 teaspoons of Sugar)
600 ml bottle: – 10 × 6 = 60 gm (≈ 15 teaspoons of Sugar)
📌 Also used Steviol Glycoside as extra sweetener

Note
Homemade mango juice is much healthier than the mango juice you buy from the market, but it takes four to five mangoes to make one glass of mango juice. This increases the number of natural sugars, which are not very good for our body, so the best option is to eat mangoes directly.
